The location was convenient, close to the subway station and the entrance to Electric city, Tokyo at weekend with very convenient location RIGHT BELOW the Akihabara station and big shopping store...

The location is perfect for those that love electronics and anime/manga. It is also right next to the Yamanote Line, so it's easy to get around the rest of Tokyo. The staff were also very polite and helpful. Their English was great, so it's good for international travelers. In fact, most things were translated, so not knowing Japanese is ok. The room was really nice for a business hotel; stylish and modern, clean, nice amenities (better than average shampoo, big TV, massage chair, etc).
The noise outside could still be heard, even from the 15th floor. Also, the size of the room is small; surprising if you aren't used to Japanese business hotels.

Nice large room (especially for Tokyo) with comfortable beds. Our room included a massage chair which was very nice. We only stayed two nights and our primary purpose was to see Electric Town for which this hotel was very convenient. Also fairly convenient for getting to Narita airport. The jr Narita Express leaves from Tokyo station which was a short jr train ride away.
We did not notice any laundry facilites or computer for guests to use although we never asked either. Breakfast was a little inconvenient. The restaurant is in the same building but you have to switch elevators to get there. You also need to pay for breakfast and get restaurant tickets at the front desk before going to the restaurant.

the location was excellent with the metro across the street. There were several shops and restaurants (24hours open) a few meters away. Very clean bed sheets. Helpful & polite staff; they gave us a humidifier when we found our room too dry.
The room was very small, but this is to be expected in Japan. Generally Japan is an expensive country and thus, the hotel bill, compared to other countries; there was no WiFi in room, only wire connection, which was very short; you couldnt work on the bed.

Thoughtful modern design and high-quality fixtures in the room communicate that this is more than just a business hotel. Extremely convenient location just at the exit of the Akihabara Yamanote Line station mean that if you want access to the Narita Express or Shinkansen, this is probably the best in Tokyo, as you are two stops (6 minutes) from Tokyo Station - and at a very reasonable price.
Rooms are on the small side - no room to open your suitcase except on the bed - and if you smoke, be warned that there is no smoking area in the hotel, and that in Chiyoda ward, smoking outside is also banned.

Convienient location for the Akihabara jr and tsukuba express stations. Excellent (complete) blackout blinds great for sleeping off the jet lag. Staff very polite and professional, looked after our bags before check-in.
Definately the smallest room we stayed in whilst in Japan, would have been cramped if we stayed there longer than a couple of days.

The food scene near Remm Akihabara was a real treat! The crepes at Honey Toast Cafe were a must-try, while the nearby Denny's gave me that classic diner vibe. Plus, the staff were super friendly and the location couldn't get any better-right outside Akihabara Station!

I had a twin room which was exceptionally large for a Tokyo hotel room. The location was also very convenient for the Akihabara station and the Akihabara area.
Its expensive and there is no room service or mini bar. You also have to request tea and coffee from reception.
